Hey, I’m Kelly Love

Welcome to Rewilding, friend! I’m so inspired by the magic I see happening when people reclaim their power, transform what once felt impossible, and align with their true selves.

From a young age, I knew I was destined to guide others toward healing and wholeness, but the journey to embody that purpose demanded resilience and radical transformation. I’ve walked through some of life’s deepest shadows to emerge as a leader in embodied healing and conscious empowerment.

I was raised by narcissistic, psychopathic parents who abused me in every way imaginable. I endured the devastating loss of my daughter, years of interpersonal relationship drama, and the physical toll of unresolved trauma.

In 2018, my life shifted when I went to Bali and Thailand to get the traveling bug out of me before I hunkered down for my Master’s of Divinity. Just hours into my trip I broke my collarbone, which forced me to slow down and listen to my body for the first time and realize that Seminary was not for me! I had no idea what I was going to do, and then heard in my Soul, “Get in touch with your body and nature because this is where your power is at.”

Shortly after learning many tools to use the body to heal the body, my hip also needed to be replaced, and that surgery became a turning point—a wake-up call to heal my body, mind, and soul from the inside out. What followed was a complete rewilding of my life—leaving behind a corporate career, diving deep into personal healing, and transforming cycles of trauma into empowerment, peace, and meaningful connection.

Today, I combine my lived experience with professional expertise in Psychosomatic Psychology, trauma release, and embodied healing arts. I created Soul Much Love, a 10-week journey that uses body language, embodiment practices, and subconscious reprogramming to help others break free from limiting patterns and rise into their soul’s true expression.

My story is one of profound depth and unwavering courage. No matter how dark or hopeless things may seem, I’m here to show you that healing is possible. Your body holds the key to your transformation, and your nature is your power. The time to reclaim it is now.

FEEL it to HEAL it HEAR it to CLEAR it

This is my “why”

The healing modalities I offer changed my life.

At the start of 2019, I got this clear, undeniable message from deep within: “Get in touch with your body and nature because this is where your power is.”

This truth hit me hard. For so much of my life, I felt disconnected and unsafe in my own body. But I knew I couldn’t ignore it.

So, I took a big leap and went to a retreat that focused on using the body to heal itself. For the first time, I experienced how incredibly powerful I am to heal myself. The transformation was so profound that I left the corporate world behind and dove headfirst into all things body-based healing.

When I discovered psychosomatic therapy, it was like finding the missing puzzle piece. It connected all the dots and taught me how to listen to my body’s wisdom—so now, every session starts with reading body language.

In just a few short years, I’ve shifted decades of pain, trauma, and drama into a life filled with peace, meaningful connections, and a track record of successfully guiding others on this journey.

In a world that’s lost touch with the body’s ancient healing abilities, I’m here to remind you that we truly are our best healers. We’re not broken; we’re whole, and within us lies the divine power to heal, transform, and thrive. Let’s reclaim that together.

Join me on a journey to rewild into your true essence and step into a life of authenticity and radiant energy.

So what exactly do I do?

Short answer: Facilitate a deep connection to soul, intuition, and wholeness through the body’s inherent sacred language.

Around 90% of our communication originates from the body, informing the brain about both internal and external stressors. By the time we become consciously aware of a belief, feeling, or action, our mind is already behind—catching up to what’s been encoded in our subconscious.

This means that our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and perceptions of reality are often shaped by unconscious programs, deeply embedded below our cognitive awareness. If we remain unaware of these influences, we may unconsciously repeat cycles of pain, trauma, and drama, or accept the belief that “this is just how I am.”

My processes help you uncover the underlying feelings, beliefs, and patterns that shape your life, and guide you in interrupting them to reshape the way you think, feel, and perceive yourself, the world around you, and how you show up in life.

I approach this journey with simple, practical steps:

1. Teach Body Language so you can see, feel, and hear the messages your body is communicating.

2. Guide simple bodyweight exercises that focus on balance, posture, and alignment to retrain your muscles and embody new ways of being.

3. Facilitate embodiment experiences that interrupt old patterns and establish new, empowering ways of living.

I’m committed to whole-istic healing. Here is what I’m trained in:

Psychosomatic Therapy & Body Language Reading

+ Learn More

Body Language is a LOVE LANGUAGE from the soul, expressing what it means to live your human experience. It reveals the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that have been shaped by your unique personal journey. Your individual experiences have physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually sculpted your body, and we can read it like an open book!

The language shows up in:

  • Shapes of the body parts from toes to the head
  • Masculine/Feminine comparisons
  • Posture
  • Mannerisms
  • Chakra balances
  • Language usage
  • Beliefs
  • Mental and emotional health states
  • Dis-eases
  • Surgeries
  • Broken bones and more.

Psychosomatic Therapy is a process of interpreting this body language to show you what has formed you into who you are today, and what subconscious stories you’re still holding onto. Through posture corrections, workouts I’ve designed to support new alignment, and embodiment practices that break old patterns, you can reprogram the messages your body sends and release those outdated patterns to create new ones.

This journey is an act of devoted self-love. Transforming yourself—especially if it’s taken years to become who you are—requires intentional effort and dedication.

Integrative Trauma Release & Reiki

+ Learn More

I integrate several somatic modalities to address trauma across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. The primary modalities I use include massage, trigger point release therapy (also known as de-armouring), Reiki, and somatic healing practices.

Trauma manifests in our tissues, and through de-armouring—a technique that involves applying light to heavy pressure to specific body areas—we bring to light feelings, emotions, and memories stored there. This process allows the body to become aware of these stored experiences.

From this awareness, I guide you through a somatic healing practice where you can act out or speak a new ending, helping your brain recognize that the issue has been resolved and it’s safe to move forward.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that channels the Universal Energy of the Creator into your body. As a conduit, I facilitate the flow of this healing energy; I am not the source but a channel for it. Clients often experience Reiki as energizing or relaxing, providing clarity, physical sensations, healing, and even visions.

Somatic Embodied Healing

+ Learn More

Pain and trauma are deeply embedded in our primal brain—this part of the brain processes memories through sensory information and emotions experienced at the time of the experience. It doesn’t understand time, spatial awareness, or logic, which is why talk therapy often falls short of lasting change because it attempts to communicate with this part of the brain in a way it cannot grasp.

To effectively reach this part, we need to engage through sensory responses and emotions. Somatic healing modalities offer a variety of approaches that speak directly to our primal brain using the five senses and emotional expressions, allowing the brain to register healing and pass the information to the prefontal cortex, where reasoning takes place.

Trauma can be stored on multiple levels, requiring patience and spaciousness to uncover all roots and fully integrate healing.
