The root and sacral chakras are connected to the legs and represent the strength we cultivated from how we were raised.
The strength here provides the support to feel empowered to explore life and discover who you authentically are (solar plexus).
In this exercise we’re bringing focus to breath and muscle engagement to activate the solar plexus. In this area of the body the only skeletal structure is the spine, which means it is literally your breath (inspiriation for life) and physical strength (your power) that holds you up.
It’s all you, it’s not anyone else. This is foundational in opening up your upper chakras because it is you opening yourself up from the inside out, it’s not someone or something else outside of you.
