Rainbow Leg Lifts

If your pelvis has been historically cocked up, you’ll experience more tightness in the inner thighs due to the inner leg muscles shortening. And more looseness in the hips because they splay outwards.

 

If your pelvis has been historically tucked, your tension will be more in the outer hips, butt, and groin.

 

For these reasons your mobility will likely be limited because you’ll either need to stretch muscles out or strengthen ones that have been too stretched out.

 

Emotionally you are training your sacral energy to either let go of tension and open up, or come back to feeling and having better boundaries with your energy.
