Back planks

Keep the inside of your elbows turned inwards and hands facing forward. You can go down to your forearms if the hands are too much.

If your shoulders collapse, try doing a reverse table top instead and allow your legs to give support to your shoulders.

Emotionally you’re training yourself to have your back as you open up your heart to the world. No more caving into over giving and not loving yourself. Share from the strength of your abundance.
