Born Again and Again
Too many of us have suffered in silence. We’ve been conditioned to fit in, be palatable, and keep our messiness hidden. As children, we learned that straying from the mold came with consequences—punishment, rejection, isolation. So we learned to walk on eggshells and make ourselves small.
The Sanctuary is a rebellion against that silence. A space where we don’t have to have it all figured out before actually living through the process of becoming. Life is raw. It’s chaotic. Sometimes uncomfortable as hell. But it’s fucking worth it.
I’m inviting you inside my new blog, Born Again and Again—a collection of stories, past and present, where I allow myself to be seen in the beautiful, messy unfolding of my own becoming. With each choice to break the silence, to name what’s real, we carve out the space to be born again—closer to our truest selves.
