Ankles and calves are connected to your primary years of life. The ankles represent how balanced and grounded you feel, and the ankles represent how supported you feel stepping out into life.
Do you feel confident in showcasing you as you explore life, or is there tension, resistance, insecurity, overcompensating efforts?
When doing this move be sure to only go as high as your ankles are able to stay aligned. If they begin to bow outwards or collapse inwards, it means you’ve gone past your point of strength in alignment. When you’ve built up your strength to be able to push yourself higher up, then go.
