Keep your arms aligned and close to your body to activate the tricep. If you cannot touch your elbows all the way to the ground, that’s normal. Work with the range of motion you do have and eventually you’ll be able to go down.
If these are too challenging, get in a table top position and do tricep dips, or lean against a chair backwards and do the dips.
Activating the triceps and lats are the back of the heart chakra so this is training you to have your back in matters of your heart. No more throwing the shoulder out of joint from over giving, which then dissociates the tricep. Take care of yourself first, and then share.
