If extending the arms and legs are too much, keep your hands by your shoulders and lift on the inhale, lower with control. If this is too much, keep the legs on the ground and just move your upper body and add the legs when you build up strength.
Training your breath to lift and expand you, and your strength to lower you.
Emotionally training yourself to fill yourself up with inspiration and have your own back in authentically taking care of and expressing who you are.
Also emotionally training you that the more rooted and grounded you are in your body and this reality, the stronger sense of self you have and are willing to be seen.
