Russian twists

If your back arches when your feet are in the air, put your feet on the ground and build up your strength.

 

Exhale on the twist, inhale to straighten your body out. If you cannot lift your arms in alignment yet, keep them by your sides and tap the outside hand down on the twist.

 

Emotionally you’re training yourself to hold yourself up as you explore life and discover your authentic expression, while having the flexibility to access all of your consciousness.
