If your arms or joints cannot handle your full body weight, do this with your knees on the ground until you build up your strength.

Arms are extensions of the heart so the psychosomatic message here is do not add more burdens to carry if you can’t even carry your own!

You’re also emotionally training yourself to stay fully engaged so you’re able to build strength and resilience you need to confidently shoulder your responsibilities to yourself.
